How to register for the Hudson Community Expo | Local News

Promote your business or organization this year at the Hudson Community Expo on Sunday, May 4, 2025. The Expo is a great way to connect with other Hudson businesses and the local community. Register at https://bit.ly/4hIt9KSĀ 

This popular family-friendly event attracted more than 1,600 people last year! The Expo offers vendor booths, entertainment, prize drawings, raffles, food, samples, giveaways, and more. As an added bonus, we are excited to continue our partnership with Coco’s Heart Dog Rescue Craft Fair!Ā

The Hudson community is always asking how to connect on a local level, serve with friends and family, or volunteer consistently. Show them how they can help at the Expo. Register your nonprofit booth at a reduced rate and use this event to springboard your local awareness!Ā Ā 

Vendor Booth Registration

Early bird registration ends April 11.

Registration closes April 28.

Vendor Passports

Register for your booth by April 11 to be included in the Vendor Passport. Attendees will bring this passport to your booth and get a stamp after inquiring about your product or services. Passports with 20 or more stamps will be entered into a prize drawing for Chamber Checks, which can be used for purchases at member businesses.
