Police are asking for information in this case

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA (March 24) – A Loganville teen was fatally shot on Saturday night while attending a house party in Gwinnett County. He has been identified as Jayden Long, 17, of Loganville.

Gwinnett County Police Department reported that at 2:09 a.m. on March 22, 2025, officers assigned to the Northside precinct responded to a report of a person shot in the area of 2715 Brown Road in the Buford area of Gwinnett County. Officers arrived to find a male suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite efforts by officers to render aid by doing chest compressions, the victim did not survive and was pronounced dead on scene,

The scene was secured and investigators from the GCPD Homicide Unit and Crime Scene unit responded. The motivation for this incident remains under investigation.
