Zonnique Reveals She ‘Likes Women’ Amid Bandhunta Izzy Criticism

T.I.‘s stepdaughter Zonnique revealed she’s into women as she’s facing criticism over her relationship with her child’s father, Bandhunta Izzy.

The critique came after the pair dropped a new vlog on Tuesday (January 9), where they interview each other about their relationship. After admitting they wouldn’t be together if it wasn’t for their 3-year-old daughter, Izzy then listed the ways he’d be toxic if Zonnique were to date someone else – and the internet didn’t seem to like that very much.

“I don’t know,” Izzy said when asked how he’d react. “I’d probably want to get on a n-gga ass and make him so uncomfortable and make him just not wanna be with her type shit. Unless he just a super hard n-gga. I’m pulling up, I’m coming to the section, I’m talking shit in the section. And then if I knew he in the crib or some shit, I’m coming, knocking on the door. If n-ggas don’t answer I’m climbing on the balcony or some shit.”

He continued: “And then you know what my excuse gon’ be while I’m standing on the balcony? ‘I’m tryna see my daughter!’ And I’m doing all types of shit on Instagram. I’ma just be toxic and weird.”

Following pushback from fans who said Zonnique is in a toxic relationship and should find someone else, she replied with a post on Twitter/X.

“y’all think I’m pressed about being in a relationship with a man whole time I like women,” she wrote with a queasy-faced emoji. “omg it’s 2024 y’all still invested in other people business.”

Zonnique and her partner welcomed a little girl, Hunter Zoelle James, in December 2020.

Just months prior, T.I. learned he was becoming a grandfather live on air in while appearing on the debut episode of Zonnique’s Fox Soul show, The Mix.

Tip was dumbstruck when co-host Romeo Miller congratulated him before Zonnique stepped in to explain she was expecting with Bandhunta Izzy.

“I wanna congratulate you on being a grandfather!” Romeo shouted.

T.I. tried to respond but could only say, “Whoa … you say … come again?”

“It’s me, pops,” Zonnique said as a confused Tip brought Tiny into the Zoom frame. “That’s what’s going on in The Mix today … Because I love you guys so much, I will share with you that it is a girl.”

Their baby girl arrived in December 2020.
