Lala Kent admitted to being “hurt” by Stassi Schroeder on a recent episode of her podcast.

In addition to revealing if she feels it was a mistake for Stassi, 35, to turn down a role on The Valley, Lala, 33, admitted that while she and Stassi are in a good place now, it made her sad to learn the news of her second pregnancy on social media.

Looking back at a dinner date she and Stassi had after Ocean’s second birthday party last March on the March 18 episode of Give Them Lala, Lala recalled Stassi apologizing for not sharing the news with her personally.

“She was like, ‘I’m sorry that I didn’t tell you.’ And I said, ‘I was a little hurt that I found out through social media.’ Like, if you notice on her photo, all I wrote was, ‘Congrats,’ because I was like, I’m a little bummed,’” Lala admitted.

Still, Lala understood that Stassi’s announcement was her decision and said she “should be able to tell whoever [she wants].”

“But because she brought it up, I was like, ‘Is this a me thing?’” Lala explained. “It has nothing to do with you. Just put that out there. This is me feeling hurt, but it’s OK.”

“And after that dinner at the Ivy on Robertson, we have just been thick as it gets,” she added, noting that Stassi’s husband, Beau Clark, 44, is “so great.”

“And the girls love each other. She sent me a video the night after the party, Hartford in bed, dead asleep, saying, ‘Ocean! Ocean! Ocean, no!’ Like Ocean was clearly doing something that she shouldn’t do and Hartford was trying to stop her. It was really cute,” Lala gushed.

Although fans of Vanderpump Rules were disappointed to see that Stassi would not be a part of The Valley, Lala said the series didn’t seem like a good fit for her former castmate.

“I don’t think she made a mistake not being on that show. She’s just in such a great place. She’s got a beautiful marriage. She’s got happy and healthy children. Her podcasts are thriving. At this point in time, I just don’t know that that show would be a good fit for her,” Lala stated. “She doesn’t kick it with any of those people. She’s very elevated, not saying that The Valley is not elevated. She’s just in a different zone. Just like I think, I don’t know that she would feel that Vanderpump Rules was a good fit. My friend’s in a really, really happy place.

Vanderpump Rules season 11 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
