Vincent, in all of his yearning to find a connection, came across Amber while she was in prison. It wasn’t long after they began talking when Vincent started bringing up marriage.

Everything seemed fine until Amber was finally released from prison. Unable to visit due to documentation issues, Vincent couldn’t see her while she was incarcerated. When Amber met Vincent after she got out, it was the first time she met him in person and the first time she kissed a man in four years. Although the Love After Lockup alum was head over heels, Amber said she felt nothing but awkwardness during the encounter. Vincent constantly made efforts to be intimate; physically and emotionally, and was shocked when Amber refused to reciprocate. Amber didn’t trust him; however, in the end, she was the scammer.

Vincent’s patience paid off because, in June 2020, he found someone. In a video Vincent uploaded to YouTube, he was seen proposing to his then-girlfriend, who is likely Jerita Streater, in a Carrabba’s restaurant, according to Soap Dirt. From the video, they are obviously matching each other’s energy. The two were all smiles as they shared an appetizer and made their way through their entrées. Eventually, Vincent dropped to one knee and his love eagerly answered “Yes.” After he posted the video, Vincent received an outpour of well-wishes and congrats. “Congrats!” one fan commented, adding “That girl on the show did you so dirty […] Many blessings to y’all.”

Vincent has continued to make YouTube videos; however, they mainly focus on his workouts.

However, Vincent and Jerita’s happily ever after didn’t last very long. According to an All About The Tea article from December 2020, Jerita opened up about the physical and emotional abuse she went through while she was in a relationship with the Love After Lockup alum. She revealed that she was put in the hospital after a bloody altercation occurred between them in September 2020. Vincent was arrested, but the case was dismissed and Jerita returned to the relationship.

However, another altercation occurred and Vincent wasn’t as lucky this time. According to Starcasm, Vincent had an interim sentence on March 2, 2021. This means he could have the charge dropped or decreased if he follows the conditions. It’s unclear what happened with the sentencing and his relationship with Jerita as Vincent’s online presence seems to have vanished.

What Is Amber Eggers Up To Now?

However, many might be wondering about where Amber is now. From some of her last videos from the show on WEtv, she was last seen speaking to her friend Michelle “Puppy” Deaton, reassuring her that they will still have a good life. She confessed on camera that she is enjoying her life, and accepting love if it comes her way.

After appearing in Love After Lockup season 2, Amber returned to reality TV in the spin-off series, Life After Lockup. Here, Amber showcased her life after getting out of prison and her new life with her former inmate, Puppy. The romantic relationship they had in prison fizzled out and they both moved on. Puppy began a relationship with a man named Eric, while, Amber reconnected with her ex, Sammy, who she broke up with by the end of the season.

Then, in Life After Lockup season 4, Amber began dating T.C. Martin. The two got pregnant, but due to health issues, Amber sadly had to get an abortion. The strain of what they went through ultimately ended their relationship as well. Nonetheless, Amber is thriving post-relationship and reality TV. According to The Cinemaholic, Amber has gained a lot of success working with Arbonne. Amber was active on Instagram until November 2023, when she would mostly share photos with her mother.

Will Vincent Or Amber Return To Love After Lockup?

As for whether Vincent or Amber will ever return to Love After Lockup, that seems unlikely. Both Vincent and Amber have moved on and have zero plans to return to the prison-based reality series. However, the door could be open for other reality shows. Amber has already been on Life After Lockup, so she may consider returning to TV. As for Vincent, his lack of a social presence likely means he’s staying away from the reality TV world for good.
