Sami Sheen is so happy she could cry… Wait, no, she’s so happy she DID cry!
Tuesday’s episode of Denise Richards & Her Wild Things showed the exact moment the 21-year-old got to see her nose job for the very first time — and it was SO emotional, y’all!

On the way to the doctor’s office, the OnlyFans creator reflected on getting her boobs done and how her rhinoplasty, which she wanted after being teased for looking like her father Charlie Sheen, was different:
“Getting my boobs done, I didn’t need it. I did it because I wanted big boobs, but this is going to change my whole life.”
Sami underwent the procedure last August, and she documented the whole rhinoplasty journey on her social media.
And of course you can see her new nose in all her pics now!
But this moment was saved just for the reality TV cameras! Her momma Denise Richards was the first to catch a glimpse of the new sniffer at her doctor’s appointment, and promised Sami it looked “amazing.” But when the young model saw it herself, the floodgates opened and tears of joy streamed down her face. She said:
“I’ve wanted this for so long. Oh, my God, it looks so good. This is how I’d FaceTune it. I can’t believe it’s real life now. I feel so pretty now. Now I feel like I can finally get my headshots done to start modeling. This was the one thing holding me back. Now I got a good nose.”
It’s so nice to see she’s happy with how the whole thing turned out!
