Riverdale star Lili Reinhart sparks concern with ‘horror’ Uber ride TikTok video

American actress Lili Reinhart caused concern among fans as she shared an eyebrow-raising TikTok video filmed during a ”horror” Uber ride.

The Riverdale star, 28, shared with her more than seven million followers a video from the back seat of a car that had tape over the door handles.

“Is this gonna be an uber horror story,” she captioned her post, while she told fans in her video: ”If you never see me again, show this to the police.”

In reference to her Riverdale character, one fan joked in response: “Channel your inner betty cooper diva.”

“Girl it’s been HOURS!! are you okay?!” another wrote.

“But also report that car to Uber. That’s scary,” another added.

It was almost 24 hours before Reinhart was active on social media again, sparking some concern among her fans.

However, she eventually reassured them in the comments by writing: “I’m alive.”

Uber also commented, writing underneath: “Support Team Here – Glad to hear you’re safe and were only joking, but if you ever need assistance, please let us know! We’re here to help.”

Just months ago, the actress revealed her secret health battle, and said she was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis and has “a mysterious autoimmunity/inflammatory disease”.

Later, Reinhart responded to fans in the comments, writing: “I’m alive.” (TikTok/@lilireinhart)

She spoke about her health battle to Self, telling fans to keep on top of their health, trust their own instincts and to ”listen to your body” even when doctors are struggling to find a diagnosis.

“Listen to your body, and don’t take no for an answer. Don’t let a doctor tell you that nothing’s wrong when you know that there is,” she told the publication.

Reinhart, who has long been open about her battle with her mental health and depression, told the outlet she’d recently had COVID-19 at least three times.

The star said she suffered an eating disorder and alopecia and interstitial cystitis.
