Paige DeSorbo Might Be Done With ‘Summer House’ Soon — and Another Reality Show Could Be in Her Future

Bravolebrity Paige DeSorbo is opening up about what the future holds for her, and she may be ready to say goodbye to Summer House soon! DeSorbo joined the cast of the reality show in 2019 during Season 3. While she’s enjoyed her time on Summer House, DeSorbo feels like the lifestyle of the show no longer aligns with where she is in life. However, she isn’t ready to leave the world of reality TV just yet. In fact, DeSorbo might be in the running to be the newest cast member on The Real Housewives of New York City.

In an interview with Glamour, The Giggly Squad podcast host confessed that as she gets older, she becomes less interested in partying. “There’s an end date for me at some point,” she added while talking about her time on Summer House. The reality star admitted that she was nervous for Summer House Season 9 to air because she felt like she wasn’t entertaining enough. “I was so tired from working,” noted DeSorbo.

The news comes a few weeks after Andy Cohen talked about offering DeSorbo a spot on RHONY. During an episode of his SiriusXM show, Radio Andy, the Bravo host admitted that while the topic has come up, he hasn’t had a serious conversation with the reality star about it. Responding to Cohen’s statement, DeSorbo told Glamour that it might be hard for her to fit into a franchise as established as the Real Housewives. According to DeSorbo, she isn’t opposed to the idea, but it’s not something she is currently working toward.

In the same interview, the Summer House star opened up about her breakup with Craig Conover and admitted that she has been focused on her career since the split. DeSorbo confessed that she’s not looking for love at the moment. In her exact words: “It’s when you’re not looking for it that it happens.” The reality star clarified that she is not ready to rush into anything new, especially after getting out of a three-year relationship. However, DeSorbo admitted that she is getting out there and meeting new people now and then.

DeSorbo shared that she doesn’t have any specific requirements for her next serious partner. She thinks that the next person she gets into a relationship with just has to fit into her life seamlessly. The reality star joked that while she has had a running list of deal-breakers on her phone since the age of 21, she has learned not to take it too seriously anymore.

While talking about her very public breakup with Conover, DeSorbo expressed that her body knew when it was time to call it quits. Looking back, she believes that everything happened when it was supposed to. DeSorbo shared that she relied on her girlfriends to get through her messy split with Conover. She noted that she had to completely “rewire” her brain to accept the fact that she was single.
