Justin Baldoni is pulling out all the stops to try to win the lawsuit battle with Blake Lively!
As you most likely know, if you’ve been following the drama closely, the actor and his team have been saying they planned to launch a website for the whole world to access receipts, including audio, video, texts, and emails between the It Ends With Us co-stars. Blake and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, obviously did not like that idea! Justin’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, has sat down with the press to discuss the lawsuit and website, so they demanded a judge to put a gag order on him in place! They are concerned the lawyer’s comments and website would taint the jury pool and influence the public’s opinion.

However, Justin and his team are not backing down! He followed through on his promise and published the website on Saturday afternoon! OMG! As of right now, the site is simply titled, “Lawsuit Info.” It contains one page with buttons linking to two different documents about the legal drama – starting with the “amended complaint.” So, that features a link to the amended version of the $400 million defamation lawsuit he filed against Blake and Ryan this month. In it, Justin provided proof that the power couple had been plotting against him for months via the metadata of The New York Times‘ article about her sexual harassment complaint in December.
The other button features something brand new! It’s a “timeline of relevant events,” offering a full breakdown of what he says happened! Yes really! It reads:
“The following timeline is intended to be read in conjunction with Consolidated Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint and is expressly incorporated therein by reference; this document provides a summarized account of the sequence of key events.”
The 168-page document starts from when he emailed the author Colleen Hoover and expressed interest in adapting It Ends With Us into a movie in January 2019. Throughout, there are screenshots of alleged messages and emails between Justin and Blake, along with Wayfarer Studios and other cast members. For instance, while working on script revisions, one text from the actress sent to Justin in February 2023 stated he was “safe here,” which his team feels it indicated “he need not worry about his choice of words and could speak freely.” See the text (below):
Another shows Justin introducing himself to Ryan that same month. In the exchange, the Deadpool star is seen praising Justin as a “wonderful collaborator”:
“I’m excited for you to work together. I’m excited for Blake to crack open her creative piggy bank with someone as dynamic as you. This is gonna be INCREDIBLE. … I happen to adore you, Justin.”
