Fans of PSY are NOT keeping it very Gangnam Style in his Instagram comments!
Last week, the global sensation took to the photo sharing app to share pics of himself 19 years apart. The first in 2006, and the second in 2025! See (below):
He’s aging SO well! But Instead of acknowledging that, many fans stormed to his comments section to criticize him for slimming down in comparison to how he’s appeared in the past… Which mind you, has objectively never been very big!!

People wrote comments like, “Wow look at the slim one,” “What’s going on bro! Are you not going to take care of yourself like this?,” and “Where did all the meat go…?” And to each comment and MANY more criticizing him, he replied by apologizing alongside a smiling emoji. See (below):

Uhhh, WHAT? Did people really drive him to apologize for owning his health?? That’s f**ked up! And if you’re not sold, he clarified that he felt the need to apologize to fans “bcs they don’t want me losing weight lol.”
Also, it’s possible he could have just been commenting cheeky-style and really saying “sorry” in the tone of “sorry not sorry”! But either way, sucks he had to devote time to that!
So messed up! But for every hateful comment, there was a glowing one defending the singer:
“You are great, don’t apologize when you are not at fault.”
“Don’t be sorry about your weight , we don’t care if you gain or lose, your [sic] perfect”
“don’t say sorryy!!!! its not your fault!!! we love youuuu”
“You look great!!! Slim!! Love it! Never mind those who are saying why you lost weight! How about a new dance video for Oppa GangNam Style?”
“Looking fine as always ”
