Airplane 2025 is a new raunchy comedy movie being released by The Asylum, a film production and distribution company that is known for making mockbuster movies. Airplane 2025 is directed by Adrian Avila and stars Tom Arnold.

What do we know about Airplane 2025?
“A group of repressed college co-eds decides to join the sexual revolution… 30,000 feet in the air,” the official synopsis reads.
Arnold is known for playing Arnie Thomas on Roseanne. He has starred in movies such as 1994’s True Lies, 1997’s Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, 2003’s National Lampoon’s Barley Legal, 2004’s Soul Plane, 2011’s Madea’s Witness Protection, and more.
The cast of Airplane 2025 also includes Tania Fox and Cody Renee Cameron. The film was written by Scotty Mullen and Ryan Ebert.
Airplane 2025 is playing off Airplane!, a slapstick comedy that was released in 1980 and stars Leslie Nielsen. Nielsen is also known for starring in The Naked Gun spoof movies, which are based on the short-lived television series Police Squad! A new Naked Gun movie is now scheduled to be released in United States theaters this coming August. Directed by Akiva Schaffer (Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping), it stars Liam Neeson as Nelson’s character’s son, Lt. Frank Drebin Jr. The cast also includes Pamela Anderson, Paul Walter Hauser, Kevin Durand, and Danny Huston, among others.
Airplane 2025 has been given an April 20, 2025, VOD release date. It will also play in select theaters — Encino, California’s Laemmle Town Center; Roswell, Georgia’s Aurora Cineplex; Brooklyn, New York’s Film Noir Cinema; Brunswick, Ohio’s Hickory Ridge Cinemas; and Minneapolis, Minnesota’s Trylon Cinema — on April 18, 2025.
