The following information was provided by the Hartford Police Department.

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated
*Charges of third offense operating while intoxicated, fourth offense operating after revocation and failure to install and interlock ignition device have been issued on a 26-year-old Hartford resident on Feb. 1.

Drug-related offenses

*Charges of possession of cocaine (second and subsequent offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia have been issued on a 24-year-old Hartford woman. Contact was made during a traffic stop on Feb. 1 where the K9 officer alerted to the vehicle. After a probable cause search, crack cocaine and items used to ingest it were in a backpack belonging to the 24-year-old.
*Charges of second offense operating while impaired, possession of narcotic drugs (repeater) and possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater) have been issued on a 35-year-old West Bend man. A rock of heroin and THC vapes were on him when he was arrested on Feb. 2.
* A 32-year-old Neosho man was arrested on first offense operating while impaired on Feb. 8 after he was stopped for operating without his headlights on.

Operating a vehicle without a license

*A charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license, second offense in three years, has been requested on a 44-year-old Neosho man following a traffic stop on Feb. 2.
* A charge of operating without a license (second offense in three years) has been requested on a 19-year-old Hartford man. He was also issued citations for operating without insurance and non-registration of auto on Feb. 7.
* A charge of operating without a valid license (second offense within three years) has been requested on a 31-year-old Hartford woman on Feb. 9. She was also issued warnings for excessive window tint.

Retail theft
*A charge of misdemeanor retail theft has been issued on a 21-year-old Hartford man after he attempted to walk out of store with three bottles of liquor in his pants on Feb. 4.
* A charge of felony retail theft has been requested on a 26-year-old Milwaukee man stemming from a push-out at a local store on Feb. 7. West Bend Police Department had contact with this same subject on Jan. 9 and he was in possession of numerous items he had taken in this push-out.

Battery
* Charges of misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct have been issued on a 34-year-old Hartford man after he got into a physical altercation with his brother on Feb. 8. A charge of pointing a firearm at another was issued to the 23-year-old brother.
