The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says it happened at the Jeffersonville Road Family Dollar at around 7 p.m. Friday
MACON, Ga. — An 18-year-old was arrested for robbing a Macon convenience store at gunpoint on Friday, according to a press release from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
They say that Kejuan Harris, a Macon resident, entered the Family Dollar on Jeffersonville Road around 7:00 p.m. on Friday, threatening the clerk with a firearm before taking money and leaving the store.
He fled the store on foot, per the report, and no one was injured during the robbery.
The report says that investigators located Harris at a home on Village Green Drive, and arrested him without incident. According to the report, he has been charged with armed robbery, and is being held without bond at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.
