It seems fans of the fast-paced Nier franchise will have to continue their long wait for a new entry in the series. Nier series producer Yosuke Saito said that he and Yoko Taro have been working on a new project, which isn’t related to Nier, but they will get together at some point and get round to making a new entry in the series. The last Nier game was a remake of the original Nier game, titled “NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139, though it is not available on the Nintendo Switch, so hopefully that will come to the system eventually.
