Boogie T and Wooli gave new meaning to “the festival circuit.”
Last spring, they took the stage at GRIDLIFE Midwest, a motorsports and electronic music festival. Featuring additional performances from Subtronics, Sullivan King and more, the hybrid event saw fans get down to some of the biggest names in bass music and enjoy the action of live racing.
As the next chapter of the event unfolds, its organizers have shared a behind-the-scenes videofrom GRIDLIFE Midwest 2023. Fans can see the duo discuss cars as they check out all the vehicles on display and meet with some of their fans. The video then progresses to the Boogie T and Wooli getting a ride in a 1200-horsepower car with Chris Forsberg as the three-time champion driver shows them what it’s like to drift at high speeds.
As you might imagine, the duo had some pretty hilarious reactions to the mind-blowing ride-along and the video does a great job of showing us non-professionals just how intense motorsports can be. Check out the YouTube video below.
The next GRIDLIFE Midwest will take place June 7th-9th, 2024 at GingerMan Raceway in South Haven, Michigan. At the time of writing, this year’s lineup has not yet been announced. You can learn more about the motorsports-infused festival here.
