Vintage Culture Announces Debut Album, "Promised Land"

Brazilian dance music superstar Vintage Culture has announced his long-awaited debut album, Promised Land.

The 16-track album has been in the making for a period of four years, according to a press release shared with EDM.com. The project features a stellar lineup of collaborators, including NoMBe, Goodboys and the influential indie rock band The Temper Trap.

Vintage Culture has also released the album’s third single, “Weak,” a collaboration with Maverick Sabre and Tom Breu that follows “Fallen Leaf” and “Come Come.” With its irresistibly catchy and soulful sound, the track is already a crowd favorite as Vintage Culture continues to play it in his DJ sets.

The genesis of “Weak” dates back to 2020, an introspective time for Vintage Culture during the height of the pandemic. He and Sabre had previously worked together in 2019 on a remix of the latter’s hit song “Slow Down” featuring Jorja Smith.
