Bethenny Frankel is no stranger to public feuds with fellow reality stars. However, she recently made some pretty disparaging comments about Super Bowl champion Travis Kelce, who is dating Taylor Swift, and faced backlash.
The former RHONY star then doubled down on her comments, and now Travis’ dad, Ed, has clapped back in a subtle yet humorous way. Plus, she is chiming in on that text between Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards.
To backtrack, Travis drew a bit of attention over his actions at the Super Bowl. Most notably, he yelled in his head coach Andy Reid’s face, which many found disrespectful. He got some much-deserved backlash over that. Bethenny then responded and essentially said that people should expect that behavior from a person like Travis. She then doubled down and even compared him to an ex of her’s.
Now, Travis dad has responded to what Bethenny had to say. He took to his Facebook to share a Newsweek article about her comments. He captioned it by saying, “Who TF is this troll?” Of course, many people in her comments were supportive of him standing up for his son.
Here is what Bethenny had to say:
She said, “It just hit me. Being in that relationship made me feel like I was driving without breaks. It was just really fun and really electric, but this person just always wanted to party. But when you get into real life, and you get into kids and marriage and things like that… it’s not easy [and] relationships take work. And it’s hard because Taylor Swift is certainly a peacock. So there really usually can only be one peacock in a relationship.”
Later in the video, she says she doesn’t see their relationship lasting much longer. She believes Travis is too much of a “peacock” to be with her. Of course, fans again called Bethenny out and questioned how she could have so much to say without knowing Travis.
Bethenny also recently weighed in on the private text message from Kyle that Dorit being exposed on the upcoming RHOBH reunion. She felt like that was a major invasion of privacy. This is especially the case since it happened off-camera.

She said this, “I cannot believe a private, personal, emotional, heartfelt, guttural text from Kyle to a friend off camera, when not working, when not filming, was aired.”
Bethenny continues, “What a violation. I cannot imagine what that would feel like. Like, months later, you’re watching a show, cause you get it like a week before, and you’re like, oh, my god.”
She then goes on to question what they’ll do to their “least favorite” if they’ll do this to Kyle, who Bethenny calls their favorite.
