The third installation of Venom is finally underway.
Star Tom Hardy announced on Instagram that shooting has commenced on the sequel that features the Marvel Comics character of the same name. The movie is directed by Kelly Marcel who also wrote the screenplay with the story by Marcel and Hardy.
Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal, Kelly Marcel, Tom Hardy and Hutch Parker are producing.

The Venom sequel previously had a July 14, 2024 release date until the actors strike hit.
