The Man from Snowy River – A 1982 Australian movie from my youth I can’t recall seing spoken about.

I completely adored this movie as a child within the 1980's. Set within the excessive nation of the Australian "snow fields" within the 1880's, it's the story of Australian ranchers and brumbies, the feral horses of Australia.

The [Brumby muster](https://youtu.be/fAEIbUmhloM) nonetheless offers me goosebumps over thirty years after final seeing it. Observe, the video doesn't do the rattling factor justice.

It has a number of nice Australian actors, and even encompasses a Hollywood star in Kirk Douglas).
