Spooky Trailer For The Disney-Inspired Horror Video Game BYE SWEET CAROLE — GeekTyrant

Here’s a trailer for an upcoming horror-themed video game titled Bye Sweet Carole, and what makes this game so interesting is the fact that its nightmarish story is done in the classic animation style of Disney and Don Bluth.

The game is set in early 1900s Britain and it’s described as “a narrative-horror game inspired by the greatest animation movies.” The story follows “the last known trail of Carole Simmons and discover what is happening in the eerie Bunny Hall…”

I dig the game’s spooky atmospheric tone, and who doesn’t like malevolent ghostly men wearing top hats who have a bunch of sinister bunnies as pets!? If you’re a fan of mildly spooky games like American McGee’s Alice and Little Nightmares, you’ll find Bye Sweet Carole right up your alley. The dark and eerie atmosphere, coupled with platforming and jump scares, will keep you engaged and anxious at every turn.

The dark fantasy game comes from Chris Darril and it’s currently in development with Little Sewing Machine and Meangrip Studios. It introduces us to a hauntingly beautiful world.

The game is set to be released in 2024 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Whether you’re a console or PC gamer, “Bye Sweet Carole” will be accessible to you.
