Ryan Gosling Releases KEN THE EP Album With Three New Versions of the BARBIE Hit Including a Christmas Rendition; Watch Video Below — GeekTyrant

Ryan Gosling was the understated comic relief in this year’s runaway hit movie, Barbie. He delivered a great performance, full of not just comedy, but despair, heartbreak, a full-on musical dance number, and horses, of course. Gosling sang the song “I’m Just Ken,” which proved to delight fans, and he’s making the most of it, with the release of Ken the EP, an album with three new versions of the song, including a Christmas version just in time for the holiday.

Gosling teamed up with Barbie: The Album producer Mark Ronson to create Ken The EP, which includes “Merry Kristmas Barbie,” an acoustic version titled “In My Feelings Acoustic,” and a dance version called “Purple Disco Machine Cover”.

Compared to its original, the updated holiday rendition has more of an amplified drum arrangement and distinct new backing vocals: “So, hey, world, check me out, I’m just Ken,” sings Gosling with glee.

You can check out the video for the “Merry Kristmas Barbie” version below, and get your “I’m Just Ken” groove on this holiday season. Enjoy!
