77 Sunset Strip star Robert Logan, who was also known for his work in The Adventures of the Wilderness Family, has died at the age of 82, it has been confirmed.
The actor’s son Anthony confirmed the sad news to People, with a statement being shared with the outlet.
The family said they feel “so lucky and so blessed” to have had Logan in their lives and confirmed the late American star died of natural causes.

“He was the embodiment of agape, literally the Platonic ideal of spousal or familiar love,” the statement read.
They added: “[We] felt so lucky, so blessed, to experience that; so lucky and so blessed to know him.”
The star, who died on May 6 but whose death was only announced this month, is survived by his wife Alina, his siblings, his children and grandchildren.

Hailing from Brooklyn, Logan reportedly had a baseball scholarship before moving into acting, with his career starting in his teens.
One of his last acting credits was in Redboy 13 back in 1997. Other acting credits include Riptide in the ’80s and Patriots.
In The Adventures of the Wilderness Family, he portrayed the character Skip Robinson. It also starred Susan Damante, Hollye Holmes and Ham Larsen.

The successful film – about a family who carve out a new life for themselves in nature, had two sequels.
He reportedly turned to filming documentaries in his later years. His exact cause of death has not been revealed.
