Bravo fans know that RHONY star Brynn Whitfield openly admitted on Watch What Happens Live that she was physically attracted to Southern Charm star Shep Rose. Recently, she opened up about what really happened between them. Plus, there’s footage going around from the ladies filming the new season, and it looked like things were becoming tense.
Of course, Brynn joined RHONY for season 14, which aired on Bravo in 2023. This new season served as a reboot, and fans seemed to enjoy it despite the ratings falling severely short of what the OG ladies brought in. Now, the show is returning for season 15 at an unspecified date in the future.
During Brynn’s recent appearance on Amazon Live, via Heavy, the RHONY star recently had quite a bit to say about her attraction to Shep and what actually happened once they met at BravoCon.
Brynn says, “So, here’s the thing with Shep. When I was on ‘Watch What Happens Live’, and I said like, ‘Oh, I think he’s super cute,’ […] he’s cute, he’s handsome, he’s tall, and comes from a good family. So, it’s like, okay, I thought he was cute, so I tell this to Andy. And when I said this on ‘Watch What Happens Live,’ everyone, like, took off.”
Brynn continues, “So fast forward. We’re at BravoCon, and then I think he kind of thought it was like turning into a real thing, and like, self-admittedly, he admitted he was just super drunk. […] As the night went on, we were in a Sprinter van with like so many other Housewives and Bravo people, and he was just like 17 sheets – gone. I’m okay with a little ‘loosie-goosieness’, but that was like next level.”
Brynn then says that she has not had communication with Shep since November, which is when BravoCon happened. However, she says that she would be open to hanging out again.
In other RHONY news, there is footage of a scene being filmed in a restaurant. In the video, you can see the camera people, and the caption says, “Before Brynn left in tears while calling them judgy.”
