‘RHONJ’ Teresa Giudice on Rude Encounter with Sofia Vergara

Teresa Giudice opened up about the rude encounter she had with actress Sofia Vergara on a podcast last week.

Over six years after confirming the awkward encounter with the America’s Got Talent judge and actress, who she described as an “immigrant” who should be nicer, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 51, looked back on her run-in with Sofia, 51, revealed what she doesn’t like about living her life in the public eye, and shared if she has issues with the editing of the Bravo reality series.

“We were both interviewing with Mario Lopez, one after another, and they wanted us to take a picture. She didn’t want to. I was like I didn’t ask for a picture. It wasn’t my doing anyway,” Teresa recalled on the January 17 episode of the Hollywood Raw podcast.

As RHONJ fans may know, Teresa has called Sofia out on a number of occasions over the rude encounter, most recently shading her as the “rudest woman [she’s] ever met” on her podcast, Namaste B$tches, last July.

Moving on to what she doesn’t like about being in the public eye, Teresa confirmed there’s just one thing she doesn’t enjoy about fame.

“The only part, what I hate — there [were] times that I was in a bikini, and of course, they take the worst angles of you. I’m like really they had to take that angle? They couldn’t wait till I posed for it?” she wondered.

Also during the podcast interview, Teresa answered a question about whether she has issues with the editing of RHONJ.

“It didn’t bother me for so long ’cause I used to not watch my show … the past few years I’ve been watching the show … and I mean it is what it is,” Teresa reasoned. “You can’t fight with your boss so you just accept it.”

“You just gotta think before you talk and make sure like your point gets across the right way,” she added.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 14 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in the coming months.
