Dr. Nicole Martin and fiancé Anthony Lopez revealed they’re expecting a second child!
Anthony, 45, proposed to the Real Housewives of Miami star on New Year’s Eve in 2021, and they recently finished filming season six of the popular show.
“Anthony and I wear many hats, but we always say that being parents is by far our favorite!” explained the physician in an interview with PEOPLE. “We have so much fun with [our son] Greyson and are over the moon about expanding our family.”
Their four-year-old is apparently happy to be getting a sibling. “Oh, he is very excited about the addition to our family,” she explained. “He has been asking for a sibling for quite some time, and I know he’s going to be a wonderful big brother.”
In a video posted on Dr. Nicole’s Instagram, the couple read from two newspapers from “Le Bebe Times” with the headlines, “BABY LOPEZ COMING SOON!” and “BABY #2 ON THE WAY!” The stars then drove off in a convertible near the Biltmore Coral Gables.
“Extra! Extra! Our family is growing ❤️,” she wrote in the caption of her post.
Dr. Nicole, 39, donned a halter-top dress and crystal-trimmed heels while Anthony wore a button-down and jeans. One of the newspapers featured the image of her ultrasound, and the other included a photo of positive pregnancy tests.

In January of last year, Dr. Nicole addressed why she and her husband-to-be are so well matched.
“It’s hard to find someone that wants to see you succeed,” she explained at the time. “I feel like people just don’t want their partner to do well because they want to keep them in a box or they want to keep them in a cage, but I feel like we both give each other the space to spread our wings.”
“At the end of the day, if you give your partner enough space, they’re always going to come back. It’s kind of like that whole bird in hand, let him go,” the star continued. “And I just feel like we’ve got this thing where we just give each other the support that we need to grow.”
