According to insiders, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast still doesn’t know which stars will receive a diamond next season, or if any newbies will replace Annemarie Wiley.
Speaking to Radar, the sources claimed that no one has informed Erika Jayne, Kyle Richards, Garcelle Beauvais, Crystal Kung Minkoff, and Sutton Stracke about a possible shakeup in the cast, despite a report that filming begins next month.
A separate source – who is close to production – told the outlet that “casting conversations are ongoing and final decisions have not been made.”
An insider also shared that castmates learned about Annemarie’s exit on social media like everyone else – and Annemarie is the only co-star who was told of her fate.
“I’m sad for her,” said Dorit after learning of Annemarie’s departure. “She’s unhappy and sad about it … I feel for her … [I believe she] will go on to do great things.”
Last week on Instagram, Annemarie revealed her exit from the show.
“I just got word today that I will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement,” she wrote. “I was very excited about the opportunity, and I thought following exactly what I was instructed to do throughout filming last season was the way the ‘game was played’ … Listening to what I was instructed to do was my rookie mistake … Contrary to what was shown on TV, I am not obsessed with the esophagus! LOL.”
“It was an important mission of mine for the next season to show a solid Black family unit and that ‘true Black love’ exists, even in Beverly Hills,” the star added. “To the fans that saw past what was portrayed and saw the REAL me, thank you so much for the love and support.”
