‘RHOA’ Kenya Moore Reveals Ex Marc is Engaged, Talks Divorce

Kenya Moore might be returning to the Real Housewives of Atlanta for its 16th season, but no one is sure. However, what we are sure about is that her divorce from Marc Daly has taken far longer than it should.

Now, the RHOA star is opening up about where her divorce stands today, how she feels about the whole thing, and how Marc has moved on. Plus, she discussed the show and who might be returning.

As fans know, Kenya and Marc got married in 2017 in a private ceremony. What we also now know is that this was at least part of the reason she wasn’t asked back to RHOA the following season.

Kenya has been hard at work promoting her new Lifetime movie, Abducted Off the Street: The Carlesha Gaither Story. While on the press trail, she stopped by The Breakfast Club for an interview, and they discussed her divorce.

One of the hosts congratulated her on the divorce being finalized, and Kenya said, “The judge still didn’t sign off yet, so the paperwork is there. Every day I’m checking online to see if he signed off, he didn’t yet.”

Kenya then says, “I didn’t think we should ever go to court. I think we didn’t have any property together, we didn’t build anything together, we had a child, and we could agree on the child support because he was already paying a number.”

One of the other hosts chimed in and asked what Marc wanted out of the divorce.

Kenya responds by saying he wanted drama.

She said, “Drama. That’s what he wanted, drama. The line just kept moving, and at some point, I was just like ‘ Look, here you go. Is this what you want? Here you go.”

She then said it would have taken therapy to save their marriage. Kenya also confirmed that Marc is engaged but did not provide other details.

Kenya also talked to Extra about not being shocked about Kandi leaving RHOA.

She said, “She told me… We’re friends, we’re really friends, and I adore, love, respect all things Kandi, and I think it was just time. We had a lot of time off, and in that time, you have to stay busy. Once you get busy doing something else, for her, I think it just meant, you know, ‘I like this lane, and I’m not sure what they’re doing over there, so let me continue in the path that I’m going.”

When asked whether or not she’ll be on season 16, Kenya simply said, “We’ll see.”

She then said, “I think the producers and Bravo have been, I think, diligently working to put together that magic again that we lost, you know, in the last previous scenes, and I think that they’re on the right track… I think fans are going to be elated with their casting choices.”

She also discussed the possibility of Porsha coming back to the show. She said, “I definitely think that the fans may want her back, and if it’s what the fans want, I’m there for it… If they want me, I’m here for it, too. I think it would be a dynamic cast because we made magic together before.”

Hopefully, fans won’t have to wait too long for an official announcement.
