Marlo Hampton showed off a very slimmed-down look on Instagram this week and social media users couldn’t help but notice — for better or for worse.
After the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 47, shared an image of herself posing in a black Chanel dress with a number of accessories from the brand, including a belt, bracelet, purse, and shoes, several Instagram users weighed in, with some calling her “too skinny” and others suspecting she could be using Ozempic.
“Marlo,” read the caption of Marlo’s photo, which was re-shared by OMG Reality TV on Instagram on November 16.
Following the sharing of the pic, Marlo was accused of using Ozempic by many.
“Ozempic harddd,” one person wrote.
“Damn everybody got the same Ozempic plug, this sh*t is crazy,” another agreed.
A third said, “Ozempic got [y’all] in a chokehold,” before adding, “Marlo is beautiful tho.”
Another person complained that they were seeing too much use of Ozempic in the world of Bravo.
“I wish they stop with the Ozempic,” they stated. “I liked the way she looked before. Why [does] everybody want to be a size 2?”
“At this point is Ozempic the official sponsor of Bravo,” someone else added.
Other commenters said Marlo is “getting too thin” and “trying to fit in them sample sizes.”
“Cute but too tiny!” someone else said. “She looks like a high school student!”
As Bravo fans well know, a number of the Real Housewives stars, including Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, and Heather Dubrow, have been accused of using Ozempic. And others, including Emily Simpson, Margaret Josephs, and Dolores Catania, have admitted to taking the diabetes drug, or similar GLP-1 medicine.
In April of this year, Dolores, of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, revealed she had taken Mounjaro for weight loss on Watch What Happens Live.
“I wasn’t going to come to the [‘RHONJ’ season 13] reunion looking any bigger than anyone else, so I got on the bandwagon,” she confessed.
She then defended herself against the use of the drug on Page Six’s podcast.
“I have never gotten so attacked in my life. And I’m OK with it … because it’s not going to make me be somebody who I’m not and not be honest moving forward,” she said. “I will still be who I am regardless of what people want to say to me for it.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16 is expected to go into production sometime in early 2024.
