Pink Australia tour: Singer’s video reveals hilarious reality of touring with children

Pink has revealed the hilarious reality of performing an international tour with two young children, highlighting the differences in how her kids behave.

In a video shared to her 10.7 million Instagram followers, Pink shows Willow performing Cover Me In Sunshine on stage with her at Accor Stadium in Sydney, before the camera pans to her son.

Jameson, seven, is recorded chilling backstage with noise-cancelling headphones on and his head tilted back so he can drink from a water bottle without using his hands.

Pink recalled: “I said it’s about $22.50 a show depending how long I go, if I run over. She goes, ‘I’ll take $20. It’s easier math.'”

“I’m like, ‘That’s not how you negotiate for yourself.’ I’m like, ‘You’ll take $25 so it’s easier math.’ That’s how you negotiate!”

“James is like, ‘I just want a lollipop,'” Pink joked.

Though touring with your rockstar mum isn’t the reality for most kids, Pink has always said that if they chose to lead a more ‘normal’ life, that she would make that happen.

“If they decide they just want to be home and have a normal life, whatever that means, I’ll stop, because they are by far the priority,” she told Redbook in 2021.
