Paulina Ben-Cohen is seeking a temporary restraining order against Shahs of Sunset star Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi after accusing her of getting physical amid an altercation at a mall in L.A. Golnesa then spoke out, hinting at her “side of the story.”
One year ago, Paulina sued her ex-fiancé Mike Shouhed for alleged assault and battery and gender violence after a March 27 incident in Paulina’s home. In December 2024, reports surfaced that Paulina was dating Golnesa’s ex-husband Dennis DeSantis.
Per court docs via TMZ, Paulina requested a restraining order against Golnesa after she allegedly approached Paulina from behind at a Bloomingdale’s last week in Los Angeles. According to Paulina’s account, Golnesa made Paulina exit the store so they could talk outside of the security cameras.
Paulina claimed that Golnesa hurled insults as they walked out, like, “I’m going to f*** you up,” and, “How does it feel to be a wh**e.” When they passed a security guard for the mall, Golnesa allegedly stated, “Oh, you think this toy cop is going to protect you? He can’t do s***!”
Paulina alleged that she called her fiancé and begged the former castmate to let her leave, but Golnesa responded, “No, I have been waiting for this day.” Allegedly, Golnesa recorded it all and struck Paulina in her face with the phone.
Paulina claimed she began to fight back and tossed Golnesa’s phone aside, but Golnesa responded by grabbing her hair. At this point a security guard allegedly stepped in and broke them up, notifying them that the police were coming.
Golnesa allegedly then said, “How does it feel to have a ret***ed daughter?” Paulina claimed Golnesa warned her, “I’m not done with you,” after Paulina got away.
Paulina then allegedly reported the altercation to the cops, who suggested that she obtain a temporary restraining order.
As the report surfaced, Golnesa shared a post on Instagram.
“I used to feel like my side of the story needed to be told to keep the facts right,” she wrote. “Now I don’t care what you choose to believe.”
