The Dancing with the Stars alum took to the red carpet at the Daily Front Row Awards on Thursday wearing a stunning white dress. The floor-length gown featured some risky cut-outs and VERY loose straps. The Helsa dress proved to be a little less-than-secure when she had a nip slip right on the red carpet!
