The official social channels for animation studio Trigger have been updated with the first new key visual and staff details for the New Panty & Stocking anime project. Kadokawa will reveal more information on the project during its industry panel at Anime Expo being held this weekend. The key visual is featured below, which also features a brand new logo.

Anime News Network also reports that Mai Yoneyama is returning to the new project, having previously made her debut as a key animator on the previous Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt anime. Sushio will also return to work on the new project as an animator, with the confirmation following a previously stated desire to work on the new project when it was announced during the Trigger panel at Anime Expo held in July 2023. No official confirmation of staff participation was otherwise made at the time.
The 13-episode anime originally streamed in 2010 on Crunchyroll and Funimation previously released the anime on home video beginning in 2012. Subsequent home video releases followed in 2013, 2014, and 2019 in various configurations of DVD, Blu-Ray and digital releases. The first anime is described below:
