It would appear that Monster Hunter Stories is getting a remaster for the Nintendo Switch and other platforms. The game is listed on Game Press as coming this summer. Monster Hunter Stories originally launched on Nintendo 3DS back in 2016. Here’s a description for the game which is likely to be announced during the Partner Direct later today:
“Embark on a journey into a colorful world where mighty monsters roam and people make a living by hunting them. Nestled within this land lies a hidden village where the locals follow a different set of customs. Here, Monster Riders form bonds with Monsties instead of hunting them. Unlike Hunters, Riders forge bonds and harness the power of kinships stones, allowing them to explore the vast and exhilarating realm together.”
