Matt Damon was in a chatty mood during Tuesday’s appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, updating that a sixth Jason Bourne film is in the works.
Damon said he didn’t have any details to share about a Bourne 6. However, he mentioned that All Quiet on the Western Front director Edward Berger “had an idea” for the Bourne film and is currently working on it.
The Jason Bourne franchise has had five films. Of those, only The Bourne Legacy has strayed from the Jason Bourne-focused narratives. Its successor, Jason Bourne ,brought Damon back.
