MACON, Ga. — A man robbed the Dollar General at 2797 Emery Road Friday evening, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release. That’s near where Jeffersonville Road intersects with Emery Road.
They say a masked man entered the Dollar General and then brandished a firearm and demanded money from the store’s clerk.
The man then took an undisclosed amount of money and fled the store on foot. There were no injuries.
The man is described as 6 feet tall and weighs between 160 and 170 pounds. He was wearing a face mask, a long-sleeved white t-shirt, gray sweatpants and white sneakers.
