Magma Comix unveils their line-up, plans, and a Shawn Lee-designed box set for San Diego Comic-Con available at their show floor BOOTH #1709. Events to be had will include a panel on Friday in Room 4, where creators of the publisher will announce their first wave of titles including SILICON BANDITS and THE TRADE SCALE, along with their upcoming fall debuts such as HELL’S HALF ACRE and DAY OF THE DEAD GIRL.
There will also be signings at the booth by Jackson Lanzig, Collin Kelly, and Eamon Winkle (The Principles of Necromancy; Darick Robertson and Stephen B. Jones (Greaser: Gemini Blues); Joey Esposito and Sean Von Gorman (The Pedestrian), and Cavan Scott (Night of the Slashers).
Guests can also pick up a Magma Lithograph at the booth, where there will also be giveaways including free comics, some signed prints, and a raffle for experiences at San Diego VR, along with exclusive event variant Covers.

Even though the title won’t be eligible for most Eisner Awards until next year, The Principles of Necromancy still managed to garner a nomination this year, with artist Eamon Winkle earning the nod for the Russ Manning Promising Newcomer Award.
