Congratulations are in order for reality television couple Amber and Matt Barnett!
The couple, who met on season one of the reality dating show Love Is Blind, are expecting their first child together after nearly six years of marriage.
Amber and Matt shared the exciting news on The Love Seat, hosted by fellow Love Is Blind couple Lauren and Cameron Hamilton.

During the episode, Amber revealed she had recently decided to go back to school.
“Then, over summer break, he just went and knocked me up,” she announced to a round of cheers and applause.
“There’s a baby Barnett on the way!” host Lauren celebrated. She then asked the parents-to-be if they got pregnant after her husband Cameron’s birthday.
“It might have been during Cam’s birthday party,” Amber admitted adding she might have “already been” pregnant at the time.
“That was very, very unexpected,” she said.
“The biggest congratulations to you guys, I’m so excited,” Lauren said, sharing that although she wasn’t pregnant, they were already planning joined birthday parties.
Amber and Matt met on the first season of the reality television show in 2020.

The couple tied the knot on the show, which filmed two years earlier in 2018.
The pair are set to mark six years of marriage this November.
“5 years later and somehow I really do love you more today than the day we said “I do”,” Amber wrote in a post celebrating their fifth anniversary last year.
“Our love is greater now than it was then because it is a choice we have made and put effort in to every day for the past 5 years and I know that is something we will continue to do for the rest of our lives.”
In his own post, Matt gushed about his “partner in crime” Amber.
“Here’s to a lifetime of more questionable decisions, crazy adventures, and acting like adults when we are just kids in fancy clothes,” he wrote, calling his wife the “love of my life!”
