Lily Allen Says She's 'Spiraling' & 'Not In A Good Place' After Allegedly Catching David Harbour Cheating

Lily Allen isn’t ready to talk about what’s happening to her marriage… but she’ll give fans an update on the fallout. Especially as it affects her mental health…

If you haven’t heard, word is Lily and hubby David Harbour are completely done after just five years together. And it’s NOT a drama-free “conscious uncoupling” either. A source this week spilled that the reason she was seen on celeb dating app Raya, looking for women? It was because she was doing an investigation because she suspected the Stranger Things star of cheating! The insider told DailyMail.com she was looking at single ladies on the app and “cross-referencing them with women David follows on Instagram to try to figure out who he was seeing.” Well, if you thought working on confirming her suspicions was giving her any comfort, think again.

The Smile singer dropped a new episode of her Miss Me? podcast on Thursday and got real and raw with cohost Miquita Oliver about the toll everything has taken on her:

“I’m finding it really hard to be interested in anything. I know I’ve been talking about it for months, but I’ve been spiraling and spiraling and it’s got out of control. I’ve tried.”

The problems with David have apparently been going on a long time, but most recently we heard he left her for good right before the holidays — and she was “devastated.” Sadly, she’s basically confirming that on the pod. She told Miquita she left a Christmas lunch due to having a panic attack. And that isn’t the only time:

“I went to see something at the theater the other night with my friends, and I had to leave at halftime.”

She admitted:

“I can’t concentrate on anything except the pain that I’m going through… It’s really hard.”

Lily is taking a break from the podcast, too — though she wants to make clear to fans:

“I’m going away next week for a few weeks, listeners. But I do want to reassure people — because there will be speculation because of the amount of time that I’m going to be taking away that I’m going to drug rehab — I’m not. I’ve not relapsed. I know there have been some horrible blind items on the internet about me being found by my husband in a crack den being surrounded by men. I don’t know who’s spreading these vicious rumors but that’s not true.”

JFC! A “crack den”?! We haven’t heard any of those rumors. But if they’re “blind items” maybe we just never assumed they were about her? No clue.

She hasn’t confirmed the breakup, let alone the cheating — but she did mention in an episode last month that the couple were “going through some difficult stuff” and had done some therapy. We’re thinking it didn’t end well. Again, so sad for the kids right now… Losing their fun stepdad AND mom is having such a hard time. Man, Hopper really messed this one up, huh?

Men — don’t mess around with single moms if you’re just going to turn around and pull some f**kboy s**t. Just don’t do it.
