Kourtney Kardashian says she ‘could never move to Australia’ because of the spiders
Earlier this year, Kourtney Kardashian came to Australia on a lavish family holiday.
And while she says it was a “perfect” trip, one terrifying experience has left her convinced that she “could never move to Australia”.
The reality star made the trip Down Under with her three youngest children, including her newborn, to support husband Travis Barker as his band Blink 182 toured in February.
The visit was featured in a new episode of the family’s reality show The Kardashians and saw the family explore Sydney from Bondi Beach to Luna Park.

While the trip appeared to be a blast, one experience left Kourtney’s skin crawling and she admits she could not last long-term in our country.
“So the only reason I could never move to Australia is for the spiders,” Kourtney said as footage showed a large spider on a wall.
“It’s just terrifying, and it’s just not the way I want to live my life.”

Kourtney also admitted she had been on the lookout for spiders “everywhere” during the trip and, unfortunately for the reality star, she encountered a few.
Footage from the show shows a huntsman spider the family came across in their Sydney accommodation.
At the time, Kourtney also shared her fear of spiders with her fans after encountering another one.

“Biggest fear is spiders, I think I’m handling this really well,” she wrote on her Instagram Story with a photo of a huntsman.
While the Aussie spiders left Kourtney spooked, it seems she didn’t let them put a dampener on her trip.
Outside of supporting Travis at Blink 182’s shows, Kourtney and her young family lapped up family time together, which was really important for the mum.

“We’ve been having the best time,” Kourtney said in a piece to camera.
“Travis is touring to different cities in Australia for about a week, but because I was on bedrest before, and then having a newborn at home, I haven’t really had any outings with my other kids, so really I wanted to stay in Sydney.”
