Kevin Costner‘s ex is getting married again!
The Yellowstone star and Christine Baumgartner split in May 2023 after a whopping 18 years of marriage and three kids. Right away the divorce got nasty, and it seemed to be all about money.

It’s unclear how much Kevin ended up agreeing to pay in the final settlement as it was kept private. But for a while Christine was asking for a BOATLOAD! Nearly $3 million a year in child support alone! She infamously argued at the time she needed $248,000 per month to keep the kids living that good life — because luxury was “in their DNA at this point.” A lot of folks interpreted her argument to really mean luxury was in her DNA now. Especially since all the fights seemed to be about money. And we’re not saying her next choice in husband proves it or anything. But it doesn’t disprove it, you know?
Per People, Christine has just gotten engaged to a man named Josh Connor. No, not the Brit tennis hunk from Challengers. That’s Josh O’Connor.
Josh Connor, according to reports, is a wealthy financier. We don’t know if he’s fund-his-own-Western-saga rich, but he ain’t working class either.
He was actually Kevin and Christine’s neighbor — so we guess she gets to live in the same neighborhood and everything! That’s like plot line from The OC right there! LOLz!

It was a pretty quick relationship timeline, from what we can tell. They’ve apparently been dating since January 2024. A source told People back in December:
“Christine and Josh’s relationship started as a friendship, so they have a really strong foundation. They share the same values, and she feels so happy and supported in this new relationship. They’re so in love. It’s been a very natural and positive step forward for Christine.”
So we guess they got engaged at about the one-year mark. That’s nice. Unless the people who claim she started dating him in July 2023, just two months after the divorce announcement, are right. But that’s a whole other can of worms we are not going to reopen.
After all, why should there be any drama anymore? Seems like everyone is getting what they want, right?
