Kevin Costner and ’90s singer Jewel have been fueling relationship rumours after pictures of them cosying up to each other at an event were obtained and shared by TMZ.
The pair were both attendees at Jewel’s annual tennis event that she hosts on Richard Branson’s Necker Island to raise funds for her foundation Inspiring Children.
Jewel, 49, shared pictures from the recent event, including one group photo with Costner, 68, who she said “was kind enough to mentor our kids this year”.

It wasn’t until pictures of the pair from inside the event leaked that people put two and two together.
In the pictures, Costner is sitting on a chair while Jewel is standing in front of him, holding a microphone and speaking to the audience. Fans couldn’t miss Costner’s hands planted firmly on Jewel’s waist, with the Bodyguard star peeking over her shoulder.
One source told TMZ, “There was definitely something going on. They were flirty, and when they were together, it was like they both just lit up.”

Another added, “You could tell they were trying to be discreet, but anybody who saw them could tell something was going on.”
Costner is fresh out of a divorce from his ex-wife of 18 years, Christine Baumgartner, with whom he engaged in a lengthy divorce settlement with, which wrapped up three months ago. They share three children – Grace, 13, Hayes, 14, and Cayden, 16.
Jewel was married to pro rodeo cowboy Ty Murray for six years, splitting from him in 2014. They share a son, Kase Townes Murray, 12, who was also on the trip with his mum and Costner.
