Kenya Moore‘s divorce with Marc Daly has officially come to a close.

A day after the former Miss USA, who married her ex in 2017, shared a cryptic post about “closure,” Kenya confirmed her divorce has been finalized as court documents reveal her gross monthly income.

The exes’ disputes often involve their five-year-old daughter Brooklyn. In the latest season of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Marc accused Kenya of filming an argument in Brooklyn’s proximity – which allegedly breached their agreement.

Radar Online obtained court docs showing that Marc filed a “proposed child support addendum” and “proposed permanent parenting plan” amid their divorce battle.

Marc’s proposed parenting plan suggests that he still wants Kenya to get primary custody, while he shares legal custody. As of now, Marc lives in New York.

“Each party will be responsible for his/her own costs and expenses associated with their parenting time,” said Marc’s proposal, “including, but not limited to, travel expenses, except in the event Father elects to exercise his parenting time in his State of residence, in which case Father shall be responsible for the costs of the child’s flight(s) to and from Father’s State of residence for Father’s parenting time.”

“Texting and calls shall not unreasonably interfere with the other parent’s parenting time,” the proposal continued.

When it comes to child support, Marc claimed his gross monthly income is $5,000 – and Kenya’s is $50,000.

He proposed to pay $521 a month for child support. The judge hasn’t yet ruled.

Meanwhile, PEOPLE magazine is reporting that Kenya and Marc have finally finalized their divorce three years after their split as Kenya issued a statement to the outlet confirming the news.

“After more than three years of litigation, I have finally been granted a divorce,” Kenya shared. “I want to thank everyone who prayed for and uplifted me when I needed it the most.”

She continued, “I’m excited for this next chapter in my life and being the best mom I can be for my daughter, Brooklyn.”

Yesterday on Instagram, Kenya wrote a cryptic post about “closure.”

“Today is an important day for me as I wish to close one chapter in my life as I open another,” said the star in a post shared by @Tasteof_reality on Instagram. “Please pray for closure for my family and a positive outcome. With love and hope.”

Most fans suspect she was writing about her divorce, though some wonder if she was alluding to Real Housewives of Atlanta.
