Katie Maloney Shows Off Stunning Weight Loss in Bikini

Katie Maloney left her fans and followers stunned as she debuted her weight loss in a navy bikini with black lace while on an emo cruise getaway with Dayna Kathan on Wednesday.

Two years after calling it quits with ex-husband Tom Schwartz, 40, the Vanderpump Rules star, 37, showed off her weight loss on the beach as she and Dayna, 33, enjoyed some fun in the sun.

“Having some thots on the beach….” Katie wrote in the caption of a February 28 photo of herself sitting on the beach in her two-piece swimsuit with her hair behind her ears and black sunglasses resting on her nose.

After sharing the pic, Katie was flooded with comments from her online audience, many of whom pointed out that she was looking her best after divorce.

“This is what zero dead weight looks like,” one person noted.

“Divorce looks great on you,” another agreed.

“Omg Katieeeeee you are stunning … single looks amazing on you!” shared a third.

Another person went as far as to slam Schwartz as a “man-child,” saying that Katie’s decision to split was “the best thing [she] could’ve done for [herself].”

Someone else gave a nod to a past diss Katie received from James Kennedy, 32, who body-shamed her during Pump Rules season five.

“I see some of us have been working on our summer bodies,” they stated.

“This is the best you have ever looked. You are glowing,” another proclaimed.

Dayna also shared photos from her and Katie’s trip on her page, one of which prompted Katie to reply, “I’m having a really good time.”

After Dayna’s fans took note of a bikini pic she shared of her and Katie, several people praised Katie’s look.

“Katie girl you look fire!” someone wrote.

“Damn Katie looking [fire] in bikini!” stated another person.

Others said Katie and Dayna were looking “so f*cking great” and “so f*cken gorgeous hot sexy.”

Years ago, during an interview with Hollywood Life, Katie said that because she found dieting to be a “short-term” solution that “sets you up for failure,” she instead focused on eating for her body and metabolism and refused to deprive herself.

For breakfast, Katie said she frequently enjoyed an egg dish with “healthy fats” and “greens,” and for lunch, she typically ate a protein-filled salad.

“I’m not a huge snacker, so it’s usually just going and popping a few things in my mouth just to fuel my body [throughout the day]. Because that was the hardest part of it all, just training myself to eat more frequently than I normally would,” she explained. “Having those vegetables that really fill you up, those slow carbs that your body takes a long time to break down. That’s nice eating more of those. And then at dinner, we’ll make chicken with green beans or broccoli, or something just nice and easy on the side.”
