Joe Giudice claimed his ex-brother-in-law Joe Gorga was “definitely talking to the Feds” amid a past investigation into Joe and Teresa Giudice. Joe Giudice claimed Gorga’s wife Melissa also was “involved” but “played in the shadows.” Plus, Giudice revealed why he “held back” during his infamous physical altercation with Gorga in season five.

After the investigation, Teresa and Joe Giudice eventually went to prison for fraud, and they divorced after his release. They feuded on and off with the Gorgas for over a decade on Real Housewives of New Jersey.

“[Joe Gorga] was definitely talking to the Feds with my ex-[business] partner,” said Joe Giudice in an interview for the All About TRH podcast, via a clip shared by @rhonj_fact_vs_lies_ on Instagram. “My ex-brother-in-law [is a] big loser for doing that. I really don’t care if I talk or see him … but at the end of the day, to do something like that, you gotta be a real low life.”

“His wife was involved as well, even though she played in the shadows,” he continued. “She was always there, and I’m sure they always talked about whatever they talked about in front of the cameras, and I’m sure the cameras just aired whatever they wanted to air. But I’m sure they talked about a lot more than what they aired.”

The 52-year-old said Joe and Melissa “cross[ed] the line.”

Giudice claimed he never “did anything” to certain men on the show — including Gorga’s brother-in-law, who accused Giudice of owing him $1,000 — because “they would have pressed charges.”

In an interview with Joe Giudice for the Get Real with Kim D podcast, alum Kim “D” DePaola shared her “one regret” over the show.

“When you and Joe Gorga had your fight, I wish they would have let you finish it up and kick that little dude’s a**,” said Kim. “My biggest regret is that they broke the two of you up.”

Giudice shared that he “actually held back” in that moment, and he was going to “start punching him.”

“But then I was like, if I start beating this kid up, I’m gonna feel bad,” he added. “But I should’ve. I should’ve gave him a better beating. But whatever. He got a taste of what he could get.”
