Jake Gyllenhaal has made a rare red carpet appearance with his girlfriend, Jeanne Cadieu, in tow.
Cadieu, a model, made an appearance to celebrate her boyfriend of six years’ premiere for his new film Road House.
The couple walked the red carpet in New York City with Jake’s parents, Stephen and Naomi Foner Gyllenhaal, before the parents stepped aside to let the young couple take a few snaps themselves.

Cadieu, 28, wore a fitted dress with a deep neckline, accessorising with a gold chain as she stood next to Jake, 43, who wore a classic black suit with a pale yellow tie.
The French model and the Brokeback Mountain star have been dating for six years. They were first spotted when they were seen walking arm in arm through Paris in late 2018.
It wasn’t until 2021 that the couple made their red carpet debut, when Jake’s sister, actress Maggie Gyllenhaal, pulled Cadieu onto the red carpet of the premiere of her film The Lost Daughter.

The actor revealed the fact belatedly in an interview with Howard Stern.
“My sister grabbed her, pulled her on that red carpet, which I think neither of us are really inclined to, you know, go on – even me,” he said
“And to be there to support my sister was what we’re there to do and I was like, ‘Oh yeah, this is family.'”

The model is currently represented by Elite Model Management NYC and has walked several times in Paris Fashion week. She is also a student at Columbia University.
The actor seems to be ready to take the next step, having told Vogue UK in 2020 he envisions himself becoming a dad in the future.
“Yes, of course I do,” he told the magazine.
“I’m not someone who has ever existed in a space where I’ve really known what’s coming next … but you do have to be open to it.”
