Danielle Cabral seems to agree with Melissa Gorga‘s suggestion that Jackie Goldscheider feuded with Margaret Josephs amid filming on the upcoming 14th season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey for attention.
During an appearance earlier this week, Danielle, 38, shaded the “obscene” and “evil” behavior that will soon be featured on the new episodes of the Bravo reality series as she also criticized those who’ve used Ozepmic to lose weight — and co-star Jennifer Fessler, 53, fought back.
“I have seen people do the most obscene things, act the most obscene way, be the most evil, do the most stupid sh*t that is so questionable that I’m like, ‘What resides in your heart and in your soul?’ I just don’t get it,” Danielle told Page Six at their taping of Virtual Reali-Tea on Wednesday. “I’m so excited for all these stories to be unpacked this year, for real.”
At BravoCon last month, Melissa, 44, suspected Jackie, 47, picked a fight with Margaret, 56, for relevance on RHONJ after being demoted on the show last year.
“I think that sometimes people feel like they need to ruffle feathers to make a splash, and it’s unfortunate,” she explained at the time. “You need to stay authentic to your true self. And I think she’s looking for rumblings, trying to throw things out there and seeing if they stick.”
But while Danielle agreed with the assessment, Jennifer said she does not believe Jackie’s issue with Margaret “comes from a [place of] thirst.” She added, “I don’t. I think that they have had issues, and they had issues before filming started.”
Moving on to the topic of Ozempic, Danielle, who underwent a tummy tuck in July, shaded those who’ve taken the diabetes medication for weight loss.
“I was with somebody today, a very dear friend of mine, who actually needs [Ozempic] for medical reasons, and cannot get it because of this stupid, bullsh*t behavior,” Danielle revealed, also to Page Six. “But she can’t get it, she can’t get it.”
“Run on a f*cking treadmill,” Danielle stated, before telling Jennifer, who has used the drug to drop weight, “Not you, Jenn. Sorry.”
At that point, Jennifer, who weighed 223 pounds at her “highest,” defended her decision to begin taking Ozempic.
“I’ve been running on a treadmill for 55 years. So, I’ve been trying. I’ve been tortured,” Jennifer explained, adding that her “weight” and her relationship with food have been a “mind f*ck” for her.
“I was a raging bulimic,” Jennifer continued. “This is the first time in my life that I’ve had some relief … I wasn’t obese when I joined [RHONJ], but trust me… my head spins, my bingeing, my cuckoo-ness around food has been excruciatingly painful. This is the first time I’ve gotten some freedom around it.”
As RHONJ fans may have heard, Jennifer shared on her Two Jersey J’s podcast earlier this week that she was recently hospitalized due to her use of Ozempic.
“I’m not afraid of Ozempic and I will tell you I have had an experience that was not good — and I’m pretty positive it was about the semaglutide — where I had to go to the hospital for an impacted bowel … and I’m still not nervous about it,” she revealed.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 14 will premiere on Bravo sometime in early 2024.
