| Probably late to the party but…. I watched it first time years ago and was honestly a bit bored. I think it is a movie you need to be in mood for (I guess like most Jarmusch´s movies) but I rewatched it yesterday and I honestly laughed out loud at some places. Adam, as melancholic and depressed he is, has some very dry humour moments and the jumpscare between him and Dr. Watson are so funny. I love this take on vampire genre, that was bit overdone at some point. Or his hope the singer won´t become famous because she is better than that…. Tilda and Tom have a great chemistry and the soundtrack is so hypnotic…I guess this may be a movie you have to…grow into?
