Holly Madison‘s journey into a world of insidious infidelity apparently isn’t over.
In case you missed it, the Playboy model revealed a couple weeks back on her social media that she learned her “most recent ex” had cheated on her. She didn’t name names, but we all knew she was talking about Zak Bagans, with whom she’d just broken up. The Ghost Adventures host had, by her count at the time, stepped out for adventures with three different women. But over the course of just a couple days that number ballooned to SEVEN. He’d cheated with seven girls, and they were providing receipts.
On her TikTok, Holly posted a video in which she breathes silently and angrily to the strains of Romeo & Juliet while a caption claims her “fantasy ‘I’m bored’ scenario” would be all the women he cheated with “filling me in.” Watch (below):

Well, she’s been getting her wish… for better or worse.
A few days later a fellow TikTok user going by the name Phantomette, who describes herself as a “paranormal enthusiast”, told her story about her relationship with Zak. This wasn’t a one-off — she says they were FULLY DATING! First she explained how he’d first reached out:
“I was seeing Zak for a short period of time starting in early 2023. I had posted an EVP that I captured at the ‘Haunted Museum’ in Las Vegas, which is where I live, and Zak responded to my story. Being in the paranormal world myself, I was surprised he actually responded and was quite skeptical at first.”
Then he proved it was him with videos — and asked to meet:
“He told me to meet him over at the black house next to the museum. On my end, I did not think this was gonna be a date-like scenario. When I showed up, I shook his hand like it was a business meeting. But as the night went on, that changed.”
He got her in the door without asking her out? He let her believe she might have some opportunity with a star in the paranormal scene? That’s freakin’ predatory if true!

And of course, exploiting the power dynamic with a fan and amateur ghost hunter wasn’t the only issue with their relationship. It was also built on a lie. Phantomette recalls he told her that first night “how crazy it was that we were hanging out, because he never hangs out with people and this was super out of the ordinary for him”:
“This set the precedence that there was no other girls on his radar and that I was special. But boy was I wrong.”
Being a fan she knew he’d dated Holly on and off. He claimed that was over. However, she started to suspect they might still be together, that he wasn’t as single as he claimed:
“When I brought up my suspicion to Zak, he started freaking out and became irate on the phone. He denied that it was true and told me that I needed to mind my own business. So I did, but I kept an eye out for other signs as we continued on, and again, I began to see more red flags, so that’s when I cut it off.”
She says she didn’t reach out to Holly because she didn’t have any “tangible evidence” he was cheating, just a strong enough suspicion to end things.
However, once Holly posted that she learned he’d been cheating on her, Phantomette reached out. And they’ve compared notes. First off, Zak and Holly were absolutely together during her relationship with him in 2023. In fact, he was with Holly earlier that first day they met at his Haunted Museum! This effing guy…
Phantomette says it’s looking more like Zak is something of a serial cheater, who wasn’t just two-timing but TEN-timing, maybe more:
“Now, add in another nine confirmed girls, and by confirmed, I mean with solid receipts, including texts from his number, parking passes to his neighborhood, pictures inside his house, and now we have ourselves a little problem… There’s also numerous girls claiming to have matched with him on dating apps and we’re not even counting those.”

Holly seemingly confirmed those numbers btw. She went on to post on her IG Stories that the “CostCo cheater count is up to 10.”
She also posted a few days later yet another woman’s story! And this time he was allegedly using more than his power as a celeb — he was using his very specific paranormal investigator job. This woman says “he said he couldn’t get serious bc he didn’t want her to get hurt by the spirits attached to him.” GROSS!
