hey r/movies. My movie (Crumb Catcher) is out this weekend in theaters and I'm here to answer any questions you may have. Logline: Newlyweds Shane and Leah have their marriage tested when two weirdos with entrepreneurial zeal and a half-baked blackmail plot crash their honeymoon — they’re looking for investors for their latest invention and won’t take no for an answer.

LARRY FESSENDEN (STORY BY / PRODUCER) Larry Fessenden is an actor, producer, and the director of the art-horror movies DEPRAVED, NO TELLING, HABIT, WENDIGO and THE LAST WINTER, as well as he TV films Skin and Bones and Beneath. He has produced dozens of movies including THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL, STAKE LAND, WENDY AND LUCY and THE COMEDY and acted in TV and Film including KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON, THE DEAD DON’T DIE, LOUIE, THE STRAIN, BROKEN FLOWERS and THE BRAVE ONE. Fessenden has operated the production shingle Glass Eye Pix since 1985 with the mission of supporting individual voices in the arts.

RIGO GARAY (ACTOR / STORY BY) Rigo Garay is a writer/actor/director from Long Island, NY. Since 2015, he has been working at Glass Eye Pix, a film production company in NYC founded by horror auteur Larry Fessenden. In 2020 he directed, wrote, and co-starred in the short film SIZE UP. After small roles in indies and shorts, he was cast as the lead role in CRUMB CATCHER, directed by his long-time collaborator and friend Chris Skotchdopole. Garay can also be seen as the supporting lead, “Miguel Lopez,” in Fessenden’s 2023 festival favorite BLACKOUT. Recent episodic television credits include BLUE BLOODS, a three-episode arc on LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT and a character crossover episode on LAW & ORDER: ORGANIZED CRIME. Garay has a supporting role in Eric Pennycoff's Christmas horror film, THE LEECH, an Arrow Video release. You can also find CUT & RUN on Arrow Video Player, a short thriller by Luke LeCount, starring Garay. Additional shorts include Purav Virdi's DEACON, in which Garay plays the titular role, and a supporting lead in the upcoming APPENDECTOMY directed by James Siewert. Currently, Garay is in preproduction for his directorial feature debut titled PULL: A DARK COMEDY produced by Fessenden and Glass Eye Pix. Written collaboratively by Jessalyn Abbott and Garay, PULL stars Garay and Fessenden and is set to go into production in 2025.

CHRIS SKOTCHDOPOLE (DIRECTOR / CO-WRITER / PRODUCER / EDITOR) Chris Skotchdopole is a writer, director and producer living in New York City. He works with Glass Eye Pix, an independent production outfit led by horror auteur Larry Fessenden. A 2010 graduate of SVA, his most recent short, THE EGG AND THE HATCHET was nominated for Oldenburg Film Festival's Independence Award for Best Short and played at Festival du Nouveau Cinéma, Marfa Film Festival, and HollyShorts Film Festival. He was cinematographer for Larry Fessenden's DEPRAVED (IFC Midnight). Skotchdopole served as co-producer on Jenn Wexler's punk thriller, THE RANGER (SXSW). He worked as associate producer on Mickey Keating’s DARLING (SXSW) and Rob Mockler’s film LIKE ME (SXSW). He has produced several music videos and shorts for Glass Eye, including James Siewert’s THE PAST INSIDE THE PRESENT (Slamdance, Florida Film Festival, Fantastic Fest). He served as producer and editor on Rigo Garay's SIZE UP (Woodstock Film Festival).
