Natalie Sinyard and Allison Pike own the home at 103 Todd Road. On March 1, Chief Judge Edward D. Lukemire of the Houston County Superior Court declared it a public nuisance.
More than 200 calls have come in about the home since 2016 for various crimes and complaints from the public. The release says it has been a persistent source of drug use and other criminal behavior, including drug overdoses.
The backyard also has trash dumped everywhere, including broken-down cars, piles of garbage, human waste, and other debris.
The release said it was a public health hazard and allowed them to declare it a public nuisance.
Kendall said he appreciated the help from the Houston County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division to establish a record of the various crimes taking place at the residence. He added that the house had abused law enforcement resources over the last few years.
